This wine is the ideal drink for those oh so necessary moments of warmth and friendliness.

The wine is a total bouquet of blackcurrants, red-berries and light spices. It is rounded and suave with tannins that are present, but very welcome. The persistent and spicy finish on this wine is a real pleasure and it is delightfully tasty with grilled beef or some rosemary lamb chops.

Appearance

Crimson colour with purple reflections.

Nose

Its radiant bouquet combines dark berries and bush fruits such as blackberries and redcurrants with beautifully controlled spices.

Palate

The mouth is very expressive, rounded and smooth with elegant tannins and a persistent and spicy finish.

Food pairing

This is an elegant red, best paired with grilled beef or lamb chops with rosemary.

Serving advice

Ideal tasting temperature between 12°C - 18°C.
Tip: Decant your red wine and leaf it to breath for 15-30 minutes.

Vinification

This cuvée is a tribute to the centuries-old tradition of olive growing in Provence, especially in the territory of Lorgues. It is the first organic cuvée.
