Inspired by local Kent produce . Damsons were introduced to Britain by the Romans and they were grown in and around the Medway area, just five miles from the Copper River Distillery. Key ingredients: Damson berries, juniper berries, elderflower, coriander seeds, orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, grains of paradise, angelica root and orris root, their own neutral grain spirit, Kentish chalk filtered water and new American oak barrels.
