      Vinification

The Berne Inspiration cuvée has its origins in a skillful blend of grape varieties, with Provençal limestone terroirs. The expertise on this cuvée extends from the selection of plots and the choice of night-time harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The preservation of color and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at cool and controlled temperatures, and above all the careful stirring of wines on fine lees.
