Rolle (Vermentino) and Sémillon

Appearance

A beautiful, intense yellow colour with golden reflections. The perfect shine.

Nose

Complex notes of brioche, butter biscuit, and exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), with a hint of white flowers.

Palate

Notes of milk bread, grilled hazelnuts, pineapple juice and liquorice on the palate. A long and fresh finish with finely buttered and honey aromas.

Food pairing

Best paired with creamy risottos or scrumptious chocolatey puds for those who like things sweet.

Serving advice

Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C.
Tip: Rather than putting your wine in the freezer, put your white wine in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
