Grape variety(ies)

Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault

A pale peach colour with a salmon-pink hue and lots of shine.

Lively, intense and very expressive nose with aromas of stone fruits, exotic fruits and citrus fruits.

Round with strong flavours; a delicately complex fleshy wine, structured with fruity notes of vineyard peaches. A long, tonic and floral finish.

Wine and food pairing

Pairs perfectly with tian of vegetables à la niçoise, octopus salad, grilled red mullet and spiny artichokes with basil.

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C. Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes rather than in the fridge.

This cuvée pays homage to the ancestral custom of olive growing in Provence, specifically in the Lorgues region. Les Oliviers is the pioneer of organic cuvées, but very much aligned with the current times; its light colour and fruity nose are produced for great modern rosés, thanks to a night harvest, a careful selection of grape varieties, first juices and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C. Cold aging on its fine lees refines the mouth, which remains fluid and fine.

Mr. Chapoutier

It all started in 1808 with the creation of Maison Calvet et Compagnie, located rue de l'Hermitage in Tain. In 1897, Marius Chapoutier joined forces with Rodolphe Delépine to found the Delépine et Chapoutier company. The wines are exported to Holland, Switzerland and Germany. Then in 1929, at the foot of the Hermitage hill, Marius created the new M. CHAPOUTIER winery. In 1937, Marius' son Marc took over the business. Today, with Mathilde and Maxime, a new generation joins Corinne and Michel Chapoutier to perpetuate the tradition of a family House.
