Grenache noir, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan

A clear, peach colour with a beautiful shine

Lively, intense, and expressive with a fruity nose; aromas of stone fruits, citrus fruits and exotic fruits.

Refreshing and intense flavours around the mid-palate. Strongly aromatic (thiols and esters) with fruity notes of vineyard peaches and a floral finish.

Wine and food pairing

Perfect by the glass, but also ideal with grilled prawns, grilled vegetables, or fish carpaccio with Tahitian sauce.

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C.
Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes rather than in the fridge.

For Impatience, we developed our organic range and gave birth to our first cuvée. Still respecting the house style of fruity wines on the nose and mineral flavours on the palate, this wine was made with a selection of our best juices, straight from the press. A cooled harvest and maceration for a few hours on skins meangs that only a pale colour is extracted. It's pleasing for the eyes. A good use of filtered lees enhances the aromatics and stirring whilst on the lees in vats for several weeks stimulates the palate and coats the fine bitterness of fresh citrus fruits.

Once upon a time there was a domain...

Mr. Chapoutier

It all started in 1808 with the creation of Maison Calvet et Compagnie, located rue de l'Hermitage in Tain. In 1897, Marius Chapoutier joined forces with Rodolphe Delépine to found the Delépine et Chapoutier company. The wines are exported to Holland, Switzerland and Germany. Then in 1929, at the foot of the Hermitage hill, Marius created the new M. CHAPOUTIER winery. In 1937, Marius' son Marc took over the business. Today, with Mathilde and Maxime, a new generation joins Corinne and Michel Chapoutier to perpetuate the tradition of a family House.
