An aromatic, refreshing and well balanced wine on the palate, it reveals hints of peach and apricot.

More than an aperitif wine, Romance, when served very chilled, is an ideal companion with fresh Provençal vegetables, tapas or salads.

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C. Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes rather than in the fridge.

Romance is a cuvée from a blend of multiple and expressive grape varieties, chosen from plots in the Mediterranean basin - our natural area and the cradle of MDCV, with limestone as a link. This cuvée was born from the desire to represent our wines in an even more fruity, refreshing and lightened way. With as much diligence as on the Côtes de Provence, our expertise is applied from the choice of plots and night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and secure packaging in a defensive atmosphere. The preservation of the sweet fruity aromas and colour is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, and the containment of musts and wines at low and controlled temperatures. Above all, the regular stirring of wines on fine lees gives additional flavours in the mouth.
