The Berne Inspiration cuvée finds its origins in the skillful blend of grape varieties, of which Grenache noir remains the king, alongside the influence of Provençal limestone terroirs. MDCV's expertise on this cuvée extends from the selection of plots and the choice of night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and the careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The preservation of colour and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by the use of natural gases, such as nitrogen, and the maintenance of musts and wines at cool and controlled temperatures. Additionally, and above all, the careful stirring of wines on fine lees brings strong and delicious flavours on the palate.
