reveals a nice flavour and body that will charm admirers.

Château Saint-Roux is not just an aperitif wine. The
structure and complexity make it a tasting wine that magnifies local Provençal dishes, such as a fillet of beef in a mushroom crust or a goat cheese platter.

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C. Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes rather than in the fridge.

This cuvée is first and foremost the signature of a singular terroir, with ocher and red soils, on the border between crystalline and limestone Provence. Harvested at night, the grapes are immediately transported to the cellar, then cooled. As for the juices, they remain on their lees for several weeks. Next the musts are warmed, before the inoculation with native yeasts, to ensure a long fermentation of several weeks. Aging is then carried out in stainless steel vats and concrete eggs, on fine lees.
