Ferroni Amber rum

Maison Ferroni produces a range of legendary spirits with strong roots in the area.
Creative desire drives the company; this leads to an expansion in its spirits collection every year. There is a strong historical approach, as well as powerful inventiveness and a desire for permanent innovation.

Amber Rum: the imprint of Guillaume Ferroni.

This rum, emanating from the Marseillais style of the 19th Century, is an association of 3 rums from Guyana (molasses), Trinidad (molasses), and Mauritius (agricultural). The rums are chosen by Guillaume Ferroni in the original distilleries and are then transported and assembled at the Château des Creissauds, in Aubagne.

The, fermentation lasts for 12 months in Cognac barrels before another 6 months in VDN Rasteau barrels, which gives it a fine, pink colour, specific to Ferroni Ambre.

Produced in France, in Aubagne (Bouches-du-Rhône)

Mr. Chapoutier

It all started in 1808 with the creation of Maison Calvet et Compagnie, located rue de l'Hermitage in Tain. In 1897, Marius Chapoutier joined forces with Rodolphe Delépine to found the Delépine et Chapoutier company. The wines are exported to Holland, Switzerland and Germany. Then in 1929, at the foot of the Hermitage hill, Marius created the new M. CHAPOUTIER winery. In 1937, Marius' son Marc took over the business. Today, with Mathilde and Maxime, a new generation joins Corinne and Michel Chapoutier to perpetuate the tradition of a family House.
