Pastis 12/12 Pastis from Saint-Tropez

Marseille is reputed to be the cradle of Pastis, but, Saint-Tropez was one of the pioneers to launch its own Pastis - Mont Pécoulet the same year as Pastis 51.

Worn by native Tropezians, 70 years later, Pastis 12/12 brings this local tradition back to life whilst respecting the beautiful features that exist within the most famous village in France.

Within authentic pastis de Marseille, is a maceration of regional plants followed by a drop of Amaretto in memory of the growers from the region.

The decanters of the Pastis 12/12 are designed by the Saint-Tropez illustrator, Quentin Monge .
They're decorated with a cork topped by a beautiful detachable jack!

Where does this name come from ? Coming from an old expression of bowlers, the winner needs 13 points; '12/12' refers to 'match ball' for both teams.

Produced in France, in the heart of the Cristal Limiñana family distillery, the oldest in Marseille (1884)

A bright veiled copper colour. Beautiful, rich and powerful with liquorice, star anise, and candied fruits on the nose.

A nice balance on a sweet pastis whilst retaining its Mediterranean character.
A fresh, tangy finish with light touches of almonds that subtly evoke the Moorish.
