Gigi in Provence Organic gin

Organic and French Gin.

The pleasure of Gin mixed with the nostalgia of joyful and festive Parisian nights... Recreated and offered here in liquid form. This gins provokes images and sensations of pleasure; this is what immediately amazed us.

Made from herbs from the Massif des Maures, it evokes a carefree lifestyle with the sun and the scents of the garrigue. Intense and original, evocative but also a bit enigmatic; just as the producers intended.

With its originality and uniqueness, Gigi en Provence turns the genre of Gin Tonic or Tom Collins on its head. We suggest adding a leaf of tarragon or basil. And of course, thanks to its light olive notes, it is naturally ideal for a Dry Martini. Its aromatic intensity makes it a real source of inspiration for the most innovative bartenders.

Much more than a gin, it is like a postcard from a vacation in Provence that we suggest you savour.

Nose

It first reveals explosive floral scents of violet. Then juniper and spices take over, on a lemony background. Finally, the subtle notes of the olive, surprising, appear.

Mouth

It is round and silky, with great aromatic richness. Lemon and juniper dominate and surround themselves with the fresh flavors of rosemary and coriander. The long finish expresses itself nicely: we find maniguette and lemon zest… Like a taste of paradise.

Once upon a time there was a domain...

Mr. Chapoutier

It all started in 1808 with the creation of Maison Calvet et Compagnie, located rue de l'Hermitage in Tain. In 1897, Marius Chapoutier joined forces with Rodolphe Delépine to found the Delépine et Chapoutier company. The wines are exported to Holland, Switzerland and Germany. Then in 1929, at the foot of the Hermitage hill, Marius created the new M. CHAPOUTIER winery. In 1937, Marius' son Marc took over the business. Today, with Mathilde and Maxime, a new generation joins Corinne and Michel Chapoutier to perpetuate the tradition of a family House.
