Shipping and delivery times
All orders placed by Chrono post Express and paid for on the site before 12 noon from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be prepared and dispatched within 24 hours, subject to payment validation.
We undertake to deliver orders placed by the Customer within the agreed delivery times. If the said items have not been delivered within 8 days of the delivery date specified in the order, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the Customer may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: SOCIETE MDCV SARL DOMAINE DES BERTRANDS ROUTE DE LA GARDE FREINET LE CANNET DES MAURES 83340- FRANCE. The sums paid by the Customer will then be reimbursed in full.
The indicative delivery time for French customers is as follows: 5 to 8 working days.
The indicative delivery time for customers outside France is as follows: 4 to 8 working days
The customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to report non-receipt and request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the items. After this period, no cancellation of the sale will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for checking that the items delivered are in good condition. Any anomaly noted (missing article, damaged parcel, broken article...) will have to be obligatorily indicated in the 3 days, with MDCV, following the reception.
Circumstances beyond our control
We cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, errors or non-delivery of a shipment if it is established that there are circumstances beyond our control. By "circumstances beyond our control", we mean: -
acts of God or force majeure, in particular earthquakes, cyclones, storms, fires, floods, wars, road, rail and air accidents, embargoes, etc. -
any
act, omission or negligence of any third party, for example: the consignee, any interested third party, any employee of customs or any other administration, the postal services, any carrier or other third party to whom the consignment is entrusted by our transport service provider, to serve sectors not directly served by itself, even if the sender has not requested or been informed of the use of a third party.
Consequential damages
SOCIETE MDCV shall only be liable for reimbursement of the delivery service subject to the reservations set out above (Delay in Delivery) and under no circumstances for any indirect damage that the customer may invoke. These indirect damages and losses include in particular any loss of income, profits, interest or markets and any loss linked to the impossibility of using all or part of the shipment.
Breakage during shipping
If a parcel arrives damaged (broken bottle(s)), the recipient must refuse the parcel. The carrier will inform MDCV. Upon receipt of this information, MDCV undertakes to immediately reship an identical package to the addressee. Under no circumstances may the customer demand reimbursement of the product and the delivery charge.
Withdrawal period: exchange or return
The Customers, non-professional physical persons, profit from a time of fourteen days retractation as from the delivery of their order to make return of the product to MDCV for exchange or refunding without penalty, and without expenses of return.
The return costs are offered by MDCV. The Customer will be completely refunded as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days after the date on which it exercised its right of retractation.
