This ruby rich delight is an absolute force to be reckoned with. Distinguished, powerful and bold. This velvety and supple wine is one to be savoured...all night long. All those lovely dark chocolate, blackcurrant, spice and jam flavours would be a match made in heaven with a selection of southern French fromages. I shall ‘pass’ on the port thanks, and stick with a bottle of this. It’s also great with a sausage cassoulet, FYI.
