Rosé 2019 AOP Côtes de Provence Berne Les Oliviers

Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault

A top quality organic Provence rosé, perfect for summer days

This is a seriously fruity drop. It's the wine equivalent of an organic fruit salad. Packed full of exotic and stone fruits, with bright berries on the nose. Beautifully dry, this is a rosé like no other - it provides the intense flavours of mango, peach, raspberry and pomegranate, without the sweetness.

A powerful rosé, best paired with spicy grilled chicken, grilled summer veg and a tangy, citrus dressed salad.

    Vinification

This cuvée is a tribute to the centuries-old tradition of olive growing in Provence, especially in the territory of Lorgues. It is the first organic cuvée. Its pale color and fruity nose are a result of a night harvest, a great selection of grape varieties and first juices, plus fermentation at a regulated temperature between 16 and 18°C. Cold aging on its fine lees perfects the mouth, which remains fine and fluid.
